China Sanjiang Aerospace Industry Group is a large-scale third-line enterprise affiliated to the Ministry of Aerospace Industry of China. It was established in August 1969 by Premier Zhou Enlai. China Sanjiang Aerospace Group and China Sanjiang Aerospace Industry Corporation were listed in April 1993 and are one of the first batch of 56 pilot large enterprise groups in China. At present, the group headquarters is located in Wuhan, Hubei, the specific address is 45 Changqing Road, Jianghan District, Wuhan.

The group includes Sanjiang Aerospace Real Estate, auto parts production, electromechanical complete equipment, Bafeng biopharmaceuticals and information instruments. After nearly 40 years of development, Sanjiang Group has realized a transformation from a traditional production-oriented enterprise to a comprehensive enterprise group integrating science, industry and trade, and has achieved considerable development in all undertakings. The total assets of the group exceed 15 billion yuan, and there are 28 member units. There are more than 10,000 sets of equipment, instruments and meters, and 18 of them belong to ISO9000 series quality system certification.
