The control system adopts advanced full digital hydraulic servo controller with high frequency response and perfect dynamic response.

Easy to achieve advanced signal processing, frequency analysis, and digital signal processing.

The controller can stably works for a long time  independently.  There is no any influence while the computer crashed, and it can continue to monitor the testing after restart the computer.

The controller can monitor and operate the equipment of corresponding authority through the remote Internet network.

Tests include material fatigue test, tensile strength test of steel strand, specimen compression test, beam 3-4 point bending test.

 To check before starting, the system will start self protection when the sensor is abnormal or improper test program.  

Electrical system: over voltage/over current/over heat protection and motor overload protection.

Measurement and control system: force, displacement and displacement ultralimit protection.

Hydraulic system: pump overpressure protection, liquid level ultralimit protection, oil temperature ultralimit protection, filter blocking protection and alarm.
